深圳国际会展中心坐落于深圳宝安空港新城南部，距宝安国际机场仅7公里，项目总规划面积约为578公顷，其中会展核心区约为137公顷。

The blue ribbon pattern on the roof of the Shenzhen International Convention & Exhibition Center takes the "maritime silk road" as the design inspiration and fully conforms to the national "One Belt And One Road" development strategy. 建成后的深圳国际会展中心将带来50-60万人次/日的客流，室内展厅面积可达50万㎡，将成为超过德国汉诺威会展中心的全球第一大、国内第一大的综合型专业会展中心。

“科梦家园·壹号”产业园是福海片区为会展中心重点打造配套项目，与全球最大会展中心相互呼应，项目优势见微知著。IKD规划设计团队以“一带一路”、“海上丝绸之路”为设计思路，以海洋、旗舰文化为园区升级改造规划设计主题，将项目打造成为犹如一艘承载了使命的巨舰，蓄势待发。依托会展经济，聚集国际高端技术发展，“科梦家园·壹号”未来将打造成为国际科技创新、创业示范园区，为科技人才、国际人才提供教育、交流、科技孵化的平台，亦将成为区域内的地标级项目，推动会展产业升级扬帆起航！
